100m Boys, 400m Boys, 100m Girls and 400m Girls are all on 05th April 2007 (Thursday). Lets all go get pwned together =). I can only remember that Ben's taking part in the 5km run, which is on the 23 April 2007 (Monday) if I am not wrong. If anyone else is taking part in other events and need to know the date/ time leave a message here, or simply wait til next Monday.
Btw, I made Michelle and Wei Hao team captains of the Girls/ Boys team respectively since you guys are in track. Hope there are no objections =X. Anyway it shouldn't be too troublesome since almost everyone will be kicked out in the heats xD.

I got some pamphlets for the net2work business competition/ challenge thingy, so if you are interested in joining up come get one from me or something =X
Gavin, I got your iVLE password and userID with me. If I forget to pass it to you on Monday come get it from me.
Oh yeah, JTS is now fixed on 6th April (Friday). Its a holiday, so cca should not be an issue. However, if any of you have some serious objections, please let Chen Sin or me know asap.

JTS - TENTATIVE DATES: 31st of MARCH (SATURDAY), 1st of April (SUNDAY)
Wad are we eating: LUNCH
Where are we eating: At a restaurant (Seoul Garden)
How Long: As long as you can
It is next weekend for those who are not sure and are about to check their computer calender right now after reading this message.

IF THERE ARE STRONG REJECTIONS FROM THE CLASS, WE CAN CHANGE THE DATE. so, feel free to reject if you feel that any of the two dates are not really suitable.
As for the seniors, there have been some communications with them. A representative from the elders stated that the date would most ideal to be within next week. However, we know that ideal law deviates from the real truth as assumptions are made. Thus these are the two dates which the elder confirmed with me, as for the seniors turning up, there are no confirmation as of the current moment yet.
As everyone knows, no students pricing for weekends. HURRAYY ._. alrighttt so the pricing would be roughly 16 dollars per person. Will confirm as soon as possible.
So any comments feel free to voice out. Will take into serious, i mean serious consideration the voices of 07S6F peeps. So spammers dun come and play play. With that i end my post here. Verify any uncertainties with me in skool please, physics equations are useless in this case. =)

JTS this coming thursday is CANCELLED
since our class is not affected by jae, and that seniors have block tests, the date for the jts is postponed further backwards perhaps after the block test?
Really sorry for those who have already shelved their plans for jts.
Nearest Possible date for jts would be around after block test, sorry for the misunderstanding and inconvenience caused.

Jts is on 15th March (Thursday) at Takashimaya Seoul Garden. Meet at Orchard MRT station by 11:30am. Chen Sin says to bring 15$, but I think we might need to bring a bit more (for further activities maybe?).

Hey everyone! it's been some time since I last blogged here. Good to see the class back together again.
actually, I'm rather relieved to have my foot intact--just joking XD
Anyway, there's a strings concert on the 29th of May..... anyone wants to come support us? Its at 7.30 at VCH(Victoria Concert Hall)... and tickets are $10 only. Name is Inspirations '07: Last Round. We'll be playing Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings, our two SYF pieces, one of them being Golijov's Last Round itself, and more!
Any other musical group having performances, let me know. I'll be happy to come and buy your tickets too.

A few facts we learnt during Chem lectures. Only one set of notes was given for one set of lectures by the same lecturer... so I imagine it becomes our HOLY grail?=p
-Dot and cross diagrams
Firstly you determine the groups of the atoms, then you arrange them around the central atom(s) and draw in the corresponding number of electrons. Personally, I prefer to save my dots and crosses for tic-tac-toe.
-Dative bonding
Basically, dative bonding involves the transfer of a loaned *cough* sry, LONE pair of electrons from one atom to another.
-Electronegativity
Fluorine is an evil element. It bonds other atoms by stripping away their electrons.
-Sigma and Pi bonds
When covalent bonds(non-dative) are formed between two atoms, a sigma bond is formed first through head-on overlapping of orbitals, and all subsequent bonds(making the bond a double or triple bond) are pi bonds, involving side-on overlapping. It makes sense I suppose. Finish your Maths tutorial 1D first before eating pastry.
Hope all that helped your revision some. =P enjoy your holidays everyone!

Dearest 6F,
I'm typing this before I start crying and all that.Tomorrow is the release of 2007 JAE O level posting results.Amanda and I are really fearful,fearful of what we'll receive.We know that we'll be posted somewhere else,but there it still this glimmer of hope that we'll be able to remain where we are.I'm not hoping to stay in Hwa Chong for the reputation of the school,the good name that it has of being the top jc in Singapore,but for 07s6f.I've fallen in love with 6f.really deeply in love.Gosh I'm emoing so badly in front of the com now.Perhaps we don't feel the love that we have for one another,but it's obvious that it's there.The days we spend in the fishtank mugging,playing polarbear during the early days,strolling to classes,making fun of each other.It's undeniable that we have all formed a bond with each other.
Amanda and I will try our best to stay in Hwa Chong.I can personally allow Hwa Chong to be taken away from me,but not 6f.I'm staying because of 6f,without 6f,it doesn't matter where I'll be drifting off to.Whatever it is that happens,I just wanna say that 6F is the best I've ever had.

Heyy guys, i am Bacckkk. haha alrito shall not beat around the bush this time, cut straight to the point!! okkayye so next up for our class outing we have JTS. Since there isn't any Ct period on Monday, the information is put forth first to allow sufficient time for decision-making.

Currently, feedback from senior puts the tentative date as 15th march which falls on the March Holidays conincidently =). Another available date would be on the 14th. As such, hope that everyone can free up plans on 15th of March to attend JTS!!
However, if there is an overwhelming number of people unable to make it to JTS on the 15th (i.e 25 pple?) the date may be shifted to the 14th or T-T after the March HOlidays

hey all,
I'M FINALLY BACK ONLINE!!! its been really xin ku not being able to spend time online for so long. jc has really left me with no life=S still, really enjoying life in hc=) my com's still being repaired so really bu fang bian for awhile. really sad...
anyway, i was going through all the archived stuff on class blog and it really struck me that 6F is really and damn nice class. i especially enjoyed saving all the photos. it almost dizzy with glee=p thanks to peiwen for starting the photo craze and for providing so many interesting photos. you should really be given the award of photographer of the year=) the banner's really great too, michelle. but why am i supposed to be always philosophical...?
anyway, do you think we should come up with a class tee? does hwa chong allow class tees on special occasions? it should be fun=)
