So yesterday was CNY... reminded me of orientation again (in a way). Lion dance and various assorted song and dance performance, hanging up our class banner (thanks to all the other classes and huangcheng who we used :D) and of course 6F ran a hotdog/marshmallow stall for around an hour.

Mass dance I (and maybe a large part of the class) dao-ed, I think few people actually remember how to dance anyway. Fac dance I tried to participate but I slacked off too much in the dance sessions and basically got along by copying everyone's steps ^^ and I couldn't find a partner in time, so it was funny dancing alone (I think yize danced alone too... so much for prior planning). Anyway I hear the fac head doesn't want us to be gay.

After that a bunch of us went for lunch at J8 (considered going to liye's hometown of Little India but decided against since it's CHINESE NEW YEAR). At the bus stop opposite HC we ran into Mr Kwek and Ms Gao but they were going elsewhere. Talked a lot of crap on the bus ride (shuyuan and angelique were discussing why katanas was curved) and realised after landing at J8 that everywhere was crowded. We also saw the 156/157 guy there with his creepy smile who then turned off into a desolated corridor and then disappeared.

After eating at the foodcourt (where we talked about random stuff like the mysterious question of whether ALL GEPers participate in international competitions) we went Bishan library and stoned there for a while while peiwen went shopping... got a bit boring so we went home after that.

Wonder if we're having a lot of class outings compared to other classes? Would love to have one where Mr Kwek can come though :)
